On Monday, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen took the stand for the fourth day in the bogus criminal case against Donald Trump.
In a shocking admission, Cohen confessed to stealing thousands of dollars from the Trump Organization by inflating the amount he paid to a tech company, Red Finch, for services rendered to the organization.
Under cross-examination by Trump’s attorney, Todd Blanche, Cohen acknowledged his deception. “Yes, sir,” Cohen responded when asked if he had stolen from the Trump Organization.
The revelation stems from Cohen’s previous testimony regarding a $420,000 repayment he received from the organization, which included reimbursement for a $130,000 payment made to former adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election to silence her claims of an alleged affair with Donald Trump in 2006.
Cohen testified that he withdrew approximately $20,000 in cash from TD Bank over several days to pay Red Finch, storing the money in a brown paper bag.

However, he admitted to falsely telling former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg that he had paid the company $50,000, pocketing the $30,000 difference.
Despite not having paid the full amount, Cohen was still reimbursed by the Trump Organization, which believed he had paid the entire sum.
The “Star witness” strikes again. LOL
Michael Cohen just admitted to stealing tens of thousands of dollars from the Trump Organization. So he’s a convicted liar and now also a thief. I’ll have a lot to say about this tonight on Triggered on Rumble @ 6 pm!pic.twitter.com/CHhetD49RQ— Donald Trump Jr. (@DonaldJTrumpJr) May 20, 2024
When asked by Blanche if he had repaid the Trump Organization for the stolen money, Cohen simply responded, “No, sir.”
Donald Trump, who has pleaded not guilty, has consistently denied having an affair with Stormy Daniels.
The credibility of Cohen’s testimony has been called into question by his former lawyer, Robert Costello, who appeared before Congress last week.
Costello, who testified before the grand jury in March prior to Trump’s indictment, characterized Cohen as a serial liar based on their past interactions.
