In a move that can only be described as egregious, New York City Mayor Eric Adams has unveiled a plan to distribute debit cards, pre-loaded with up to $10,000, to illegal immigrants.
This scheme, which could potentially cost taxpayers billions, is not only a slap in the face to hardworking Americans but also a blatant misuse of public funds.
The plan, which was initially presented as a cost-saving measure to prevent food waste, has been revealed to be a lucrative deal for Newark-based company, MoCaFi, founded by Wole Coaxum.

The company, which has ties to Mayor Adams, stands to earn a staggering $53 million for its services.
This figure, however, does not include the actual cash that will be distributed to the illegal immigrants.
Instead, it represents the fee that MoCaFi will receive for its services.
The contract between the city and MoCaFi is riddled with loopholes and potential avenues for fraud.
For instance, the debit cards come with the ability to withdraw cash, even internationally, and the ability to activate or deactivate the ability to purchase certain goods.
Furthermore, city employees, who are not required to verify the identity of the recipients, will be responsible for distributing these cards.
The plan, which is estimated to cost taxpayers billions, is a stark contrast to the struggles faced by many Americans due to the current economic climate.
With inflation at an all-time high and many families struggling to make ends meet, the decision to prioritize illegal immigrants over American citizens is beyond outrageous.
Moreover, the plan is a blatant disregard for the rule of law.

While American citizens are required to provide identification and meet certain requirements to access public funds, illegal immigrants will receive these funds without any such verification.
This double standard is not only unfair but also sets a dangerous precedent.
The fact that this plan was initiated without a bidding process further highlights the misuse of power and lack of transparency.
The contract was awarded to MoCaFi without any competition, raising questions about the selection process and the potential for cronyism.
The situation is made even more concerning by the fact that the city has a history of mismanaging funds.
In the past, millions of dollars intended for meals for the homeless were wasted due to inedible or uneaten food.
Instead of addressing this issue, the city has chosen to redirect funds towards a scheme that has the potential for even greater waste and abuse.

In conclusion, the plan to distribute debit cards loaded with $10,000 to illegal immigrants is a slap in the face to hardworking Americans.
At a time when many families are struggling due to Bidenomics, the decision to prioritize illegal immigrants over American citizens is not only unjust but also a blatant misuse of public funds.
Mayor Eric Adams, Joe Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas should be held accountable for this outrageous decision.
They should be impeached for their failure to uphold the law of the land and the best interests of the American people.
